EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND UNHAPPY

My order for the HK-SET4-89 with delivery was a total of €107.50 (Euro), which was £97.95 (Pounds Sterling).
Because the total order was below £135.00 (including delivery) there should be no VAT or import tax into the UK.
Unfortunately, after waiting for the order, UPS would not delivery the order until I paid them another £33.55 (Pounds Sterling), making my order for the Grip-On Set a total of £131.50 (Pounds Sterling).
If Grip-On had told me there would be an additional £33.55, already having paid £97.95 the full cost including delivery and, it appears, European VAT; I would never have purchased this Grip-On HK-SET4-89.
I regularly purchase tools from Germany and Holland, and because the total order cost is below £135.00, I have never been asked for any additional cost.
In this order the total cost was £97.95, well below £135.00; and yet I have had to pay at least an addi-tional 30+% more, before I was allowed to receive my order.
In summary, all extremely disappointing, and unhappy that having paid €40.00 for delivery, there is an additional hidden delivery cost of €36.82 (£33.35); making a delivery charge of €76.82, for a tool priced at €74.99.

Excelentes alicates y prensas, pero malisimo envase.

Los alicates y prensas son excelentes, pero el "envase" es de mala calidad, la parte que los cierra con el velcro se rasgó con un simple tirón para abrirlos. Ante mi reseña desde Grip On, me enviaron, sin solicitarlo, un nuevo embase y una camiseta, lo cual es de agradecer. Sólo espero que mejoren las bolsas de empaquetado de las pinzas, ya que son de baja calidad y desmerecen el global del producto, que es excelente.
