Refund policy

Grip-on Tools,S.Coop. will only accept returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping errors attributable to Grip-on Tools that are returned to the factory within 15 days of dispatch. Any return of material must be immediately reported to Grip-on Tools,S. Coop. directly or through the Representative accompanied by documents, images, etc.
